It is Italy-first: the reporting features are built around Italian obligations, which makes it a natural fit for operators in that market and less relevant elsewhere.

The entry price is €4.90 per room per month excluding VAT, with the first month free. Vikey is heavily modular, so that figure excludes most add-ons and hardware.
