Jana Concierge

Jana Concierge is a property management system made specifically for conciergeries — the French short-term rental management companies that look after properties on behalf of owners. It covers planning, delegating tasks to cleaners and service providers, guest and owner communication, incident handling and invoicing.

Because it is designed around the concierge model, owner reporting and provider coordination are first-class parts of the product rather than add-ons.

The software is French-language and France-focused, so it suits operators working in that market. It costs €60/month excluding VAT, and signing up through a referral gives you one month free.
